At Nova Support and Care C.I.C. we are dedicated to empowering children, young people, and families across the North West of England. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), our mission is to provide high-quality family support services and early intervention programs that help families navigate challenges and strengthen their resilience when difficulties arise.
We believe that early intervention is key to improving outcomes for families, helping to keep families together, and reducing the long-term impact of social and emotional challenges.
As a not-for-profit organisation, any surplus we generate is reinvested directly into the families and communities we support, as well as into service improvements and staff development. Our focus remains on creating lasting, positive change rather than financial gain.
